Q: How many matches are included in my Season Membership?
A: Whitecaps FC Season Memberships are a 19-match package, including all MLS regular season home matches, the first home match at BC Place of the Concacaf Champions Cup and Leagues Cup. In addition, should we host, the first home match at BC Place of the Canadian Championship.
Q: What is auto-renewal?
A: All current Season Ticket Members will be automatically renewed for the following season with the guaranteed best pricing, making it easy for you to keep your tickets and your seats.
Q: When do payments start?
A: Payments are based on a September 15 start each year for the upcoming season.
Q: What is General Admission (GA)?
A: General Admission (GA) seating is allocated each match on a first-come, first-served basis. Half of Section 253 and all of Section 254 in the West Side section will be General Admission.
Q: Who are the supporters groups and how do I become a member?
A: Singing, chanting, waving flags and standing throughout the match, our supporters groups help cheer the ‘Caps to success.

Q: What days are the games?
A: Most Whitecaps FC MLS games are played on Saturday, with a select few matches played on Wednesday and Sunday.
Q: What activities are there at the stadium?
A: Enjoy pre-match festivities and entertainment on Terry Fox Plaza including music, face painting and games during select matches, be the first to welcome the team at the Player Arrival, special concourse activations from our partners such as the RE/MAX Family Zone, fan friendly kids combos and value menu items.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: To cancel, Members must complete and submit the cancellation form a minimum of 30 days prior to their desired date of cancellation.
